The Press-Side 3000 RCM is a small batch, rapid cycle metalizer that is delivered process capable with a minimal amount of assembly required. This particular metalizer can be set up to coat substrates with aluminum, brass, copper, stainless steels, chromium, nickel-chrome alloys, as well as many other metals. The deposition technique utilized will be dual source sputtering. The metalizer will be capable of running inline with molding, base coating, top coating and assembly operations. To accomplish this, the metalizer will meet the following requirements: small footprint, process parts quickly, and minimum downtime for cleaning and maintenance. Also included, is the use of items such as quick disconnects and other quick change connectors.
