The advanced Tantec Generator HV 2000 & 3000 Series are based on a principle of high voltage, high frequency discharge in atmospheric air. The generator is self-monitored and controlled by a micro processor. All settings are easily programmed from the control panel by using the push buttons and reading from the LCD-display. The various parameters can be stored in 5 memories.

HT-Transformers are used to step up the discharge to high voltage levels. Several models are available to achieve the required level of surface modification at production speed. Treating stations deliver the discharge with precision manufactured electrodes. Their design is based on component geometry, required treatment level and material handling involved. Ozone Filter Systems with airflow sensors and exchangeable filter cartridges eliminates ozone. Manual to fully automatic Tantec EST Systems are available for 2 and 3-dimensional products.
