With using the full-color recognition technology, this inspection machine makes a stable visual check after solder printing and before/after a reflow process. And also the operativity of the inspection data generating software is improved remarkably with the substantial chip library and optimized inspection field of view.

Full-color image processing made possible by the color CCD camera.
The machine is equipped with two lights, one fir iiluminating the mounting condition inspection and one for illuminating the solder condition inspection. Full-color image processing is realized by adopting the multistage red and white LED light sources, which realizes high-accuracy inspection.

Magnification can be set in seven levels by adopting the high-accuracy zoom lens (option). The high-accuracy dislocation inspection for the 0201" chip is realized. (10mm to 40mm per pixel)

Reconciliation library is the feature that enters and acumulates the detailed parts data that are necessary for PCB inspection, and shortens the inspection work data generating time from the next time onward.
We also have the features of the new parts and new PCD recognition, teaching data generation, and reconciliation library update. The reconciliation library will be updated and accumulated whenever PCB is inspected. The work data generating time according to the parts and PCB can be shortened from the next time onward.

DT40V-G/R accumulates the inspection results and operating information of VC45, and performs statistical analysis. It also can support the repair work by mapping a defective PCB.
