High-speed,

handle mold/bare mixed mixed-mounting boards.
The CM120-MU is a high-accuracy, multi-functional
chip mounter capable of handling parts ranging from
0201" chips to L 100mm X W 90mm parts.
This model is able to flexibly handle boards for products
such as notebook computers on which a wide variety of
QFPs and press fit connectors are to be mounted, and
can also handle mold/bare mixed mounting boards for
use in cars, etc.
