The CM301-D is a mutil-functional chip mounter developed on the basis of the "mudular concept" aimed at minimizing the footprint of the equipment while rasing productivity.
This machine can handle parts ranging in size from 0201" chips to parts as large as 100mm (L) X 90mm (W), supplied by tray, tape, bulk and stick feeders. Because the new twin tray feeder realizes tray change-over while the machine is in operation, this machine can achieve high productivity of up to 5700 chips per hour.

Equipped with Load Control Head for Flip-chip and Plug-in connector
While making instantaneous fine adjustments of air pressure, the load control head places flip chips and insertion connectors under the optimum load. [optional]

High-speed placement through Dual beam/ 4 heads System and High-accuracy line camera
The dual-beam 4 heads configuration, which has two heads, and the high-accuracy line camera have made it possible to achieve high-speed placement of 0.63 s/part.

Improved efficiency through newly adopted direct twin tray feeder
The individually operable twin-tray feeder realizes to set for the next tray whie the machine is in operation. Gang exchange of support pins can drasticaly reduce chane-over time.

Can handle parts ranging from 0201" chips to large parts such as BGAs, CSPs and connectors
This machine is able to handle a wide variety of parts, ranging from 0201" chips to large (100mm X 90mm max.) parts such as BGAs, CSPs and connectors. The machine is also compatible with tray, tape, bulk and sticj feeders. The grip nozzle is avle to handle connectors that do not have a surface suitable for suction pick-up.
