high-quality mounter
The CM88 series is a rotary type of high-speed chip
mounter which can handle various chip from 0201"
up to 24mm X 24mm PLCC [Optional: up to 32mm X 32mm
PLCC]. Its productivity is 42000 chips per hour and
the CM8 series is one of the highest cost performance
machine. Extremely fine-pitch mounting of the 0201"
makes it possible to downsize boards in cellular phones
and key devices such as VCO.
High-speed
and stable mounting: 0.085 s/chip
By minimizing the time required for XY table movement
and feeder table movement, overall productivity has
been improved dramatically.
APC
system realizes 0.1 mm-gap with fine-pitch mounting
APC system feeds the print
inspection information from VC45 forward to CM88S, and
corrects the placement position based on the inspection
information. This realizes high-quality fine-pitch mounting
o9f 0201" and 0402".
