Simple and Intuitive
Operation
You can operate Model 22X intuitively
and quickly. You can do almost all operations by using
the mouse, which means you don't have to do troublesome
input operations by the keyboard. For example, if you
want to move the XY table slightly, you only have to
catch and move the displayed object and if you want
to specify a portion to be inspected, you can specify
the portion and Master Picture for comparision can be
memorized only by enclosing such portion. Nospecialist
is necessary because the operations are simple and easy
to learn.
Comprehensive Report
the inspection result shows
NG portions with red circles on the picture of the whole
image of the inspected PCB itself. Moreover, the descriptions
of such portions can be displayed and the CCD camera
can move there directly. As the picture of the whole
image of the inspected PCB can be displayed even during
inspection of the following PCB, the result can be confirmed
while Model 22X is operating and you can use time economically.

to be inspected is captured and compared with Master
Picture. The captured picture is subtracted from
Master Picture. |

The difference between Master
Picture and the one to be inspected is shown as
light coming through the different portions like
a shadow picture. If the quantity of such light
is less than the criterion, Master Picture and the
one to be inspected are regarded as almost the same.
At this point of time, any positional divergence
of parts is searched for around the inspected portion. |
